HEPA Filters

High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters are used to create superior indoor air quality for industries that require the highest level of air filtration such as pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare, electronics and food production. Our HEPA panels are designed to not only trap dust particulates but also fungi, bacteria and viruses which creates air which is as good as purified.

Air purifying HEPA filters will remove a minimum of 99.97% of dust, pollen, bacteria, mold and any other types of airborne particle with a size of 0.3 micron which is generally known as the MPPS (Most Penetrating Particle Size). Particles smaller and larger will be filtered to approximately 99.99%.

Be assured that when you purchase one of our HEPA filters you are buying an air purifying filter that performs to the standards and levels that are quoted and that are expected. Each filter, grade H13 and above, is individually leak tested and certificates are issued and included with each panel. We can also test and certify to EN1822 if required. Every HEPA filter panel is issued with a unique serial number which allows full traceability even back to the filter media batch and roll. As well as each of our finished panels, each roll of HEPA filter media is individually tested and certified.
