We have tried to make ordering as easy as possible and we aim to accommodate your needs. Goods are normally dispatched within 2-4 working days depending on time of year and stock availability and the method of delivery is chosen according to the product, your delivery location and the weight of goods.
New Customers: You can purchase products online and pay by credit/debit card at the secure checkout. You can also place orders by contacting us by phone or email to order products on a proforma basis, pay by credit/debit card or arrange to make payment by cheque or bank transfer. Companies and contractors that will be ordering on a regular basis can discuss setting up a credit account. To do this, please call us on 01673 895130 or contact us.
Proforma: If you prefer, you can request a proforma invoice and pay by credit/debit card, cheque, BACS or intra-account transfer. Funds must be cleared prior to the dispatch of goods.
Setting up an account: If you are a registered company, you can set up a credit account by contacting us and requesting an application form. This form requires your company details and the details of two companies whom we may contact to request a credit reference.
Account Holders: Once you have an account, you can contact us with details of your order, which must include a Purchase Order Number. We will send you order confirmation price together with delivery information if necessary. Payment will be required prior to the end of your credit period as agreed by us (normally 30 days). Payment can be by credit/debit card, cheque or by BACS as above (Proforma). If you would prefer orders can be placed directly via the website with just the completion of a Purchase Order number however you will need to inform us if this is an option you would like so that your account can be changed.
Dispatch: Dispatch is normally made within 2-4 working days of your order being received but this may change at busy times of the year, for special orders and depending on stock availability. You can choose priority when placing your order if urgent for an additional charge. Confirmation emails will be sent once your item is ready for dispatch and is en-route.
Delivery fees are set according to the type of product ordered, weight, delivery method and your delivery area at the cost to us as charged by the courier.
Please note that due to the size and nature of many of our products, delivery is not generally made by an 'economy courier' and can rise quite sharply for Highlands, Islands and Ireland in many cases. The delivery charge includes a small handling charge to cover packaging and administration. If you have any questions regarding deliveries and charges, then please do not hesitate to contact us. PLEASE NOTE THAT VAT WILL BE LEVIED ON HANDLING AND DELIVERY CHARGES.
Please check your goods immediately upon receipt
All packages should be checked to ensure that contents are complete as soon as possible upon arrival. If anything is missing or damaged we must be notified within 48 hours, otherwise replacement parts may be subject to our standard delivery charges and refunds may not be possible.
Returns: You are covered by statutory distance selling regulations. If you change your mind, once your order has been delivered, then you can request a return RMA authorisation number by downloading and emailing this PDF form or completing and submitting the form below online. Goods should be unused. Once an authorisation number has been received, please pack securely and send in the original packaging to the address given to you using a secure tracked method of delivery as refunds can only be issued when received safely.
