Eco-Klean 260 has been designed for the deep cleaning of building facades, brickwork, other mineral surfaces and roof coverings.

The formulation contains a surfactant that is very effective at low temperature so it can work without the requirement of hot water which makes it especially useful for use by construction companies and professional cleaners as well as homeowners. The surfactant also gives Eco-Klean 260 very good wetting and penetrating power which is why it is very powerful against atmospheric staining as well as general dirt. It will not harm non-ferrous metals so can be safely used for cleaning around aluminium and zinc.

After application the surface should be rinsed with clean water.

APPLICATION:

Steam Cleaner - Make a solution of around 20% concentration so that the concentration at the nozzle tip is approximately 2%.

Manual Sprayer - Concentration between 5-20% and
higher if necessary. Apply and leave to act between 2-10 minutes before
rinsing with hot water or brush with cold water.

Foaming Sprayer - Concentration between 5-30%. Apply and leave to act between 5-10 minutes before rinsing with pressurised water.

What is the coverage of Eco-Klean 260?

We can't give an exact coverage rate as it depends upon the porosity of the surface, the concentration at which it is being used and the method of application. As a guide, when applying with a compression or knapsack sprayer will give you a coverage between 20m2 and 120m2 per litre. This means that a 10-litre container will give you an approximate coverage between 200m2 and 1200m2.
