Proclean 83

DLX 83 is a stable and neutral solution, particularly effective for the cleaning of equipment used to apply paints, lacquers, stains and varnishes in aqueous or solvent phase as well as for cleaning urea-formaldehyde, vinyl, melamine glues, etc. ., and this before crosslinking.

DLX 83 is suitable for cleaning guns, pumps, application nozzles, circuits, robot mats, stripping swings, etc., without any inconvenience of degradation of the various materials constituting them such as gaskets, O Rings and soft plastics.

This product can be recycled by distillation, which allows for the recovery of almost all of the DLX83 meaning that there is very little wastage therefore this is a very economical product. A simple top-up with some fresh DLX83 will maintain the cleaning efficiency.

Product Usage

For the DAILY CLEANING of pumps, paint circuits and stains then use Proclean 83 in its pure form (not diluted) at ambient temperature. If using in circulation then a contact time between 30 seconds and 5 minutes and rinse with water if necessary.

For the CLEANING OF NOZZLES use Proclean 83 in its pure form (not diluted) and at ambient temperature with a contact time between 30 seconds and 10 minutes and rinse with water if necessary.

When STRIPPING AREAS WITH A VERY THICK COATING use Proclean 83 in its pure form (not diluted) and at ambient temperature with a contact time between 5 and 24 hours depending upon the resistance of the coatings. The treated area should then be rinsed with water.

If CLEANING A WASHING FOUNTAIN then use Proclean 83 at an ambient temperature and in its pure form (not diluted) or at a dilution rate between 30% and 50%. The contact time should be a matter of seconds and the area rinsed with water if necessary.
