Our Aspifloc 50 EF is a cold water washing fountain and treatment centre for water loaded with paint, inks, glue or degreasing agent. This washing fountain is ideal for painters and bodywork craftsmen, mechanical workshops and more generally for all industries.

It is equipped with:

Perforated wash basin above the sink

Stainless steel tank on wheels with drain valve for recovery of treated and filtered water

This equipment offers the ideal solution for the treatment of industrial wastewater when cleaning small equipment or mechanical parts. With this washing fountain, any residue or overspray is collected. With the coagulant and flocculant from our range, pollutants are agglomerated and treated to be eliminated, simply and precisely.

It is easy to use because it is entirely pneumatic. It offers the possibility of reuse of the treated water with zero discharge thanks to the reception tank which is placed below that intended for washing, so that the dirty water can be collected and treated. The treatment consists of creating flocs so that the separation between water and pollutant indicates good agglomeration. Freed from the overspray, the decontaminated water is reusable.

The Aspifloc 50 EF washing fountain contributes to the protection of the environment because paint or glue residues are neither eliminated nor discharged into pipes or pipes, but collected in a tank. It occupies little space with a length of 800 mm, its weight is 65 kg, its width is 600 mm and a height of 1300 mm which means that it can be easily placed in all workshops.
