Decap AC50 10 ltrs

DECAP AC 50 is a product used to strip films of paint on ferrous metals. When heated, it will dissolve layers of paint on parts. This is a water based product. It contains no VOCs nor substances classified CMR (carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic). Rinsing waters after treatment can be filtered in our Aspifloc filtration systems then reused for more cleaning. It is also possible to prolong the life of the tank by filtering the water with our Aspifloc filtration systems. Ideal for stripping powder paint.

METHOD OF USE

Use Concentration Temperature Contact Time Pressure Rinse in tap water
Tank (immersion) 30 to 50% or more according to need 60 to 85°C 30 min to 2h and more Nil Rinse with water high pressure
Machine to strip by spray 30 to 50% or more according to need 55 to 80°C 20 min to 2h and more 2 to 3 bars Rinse with water jet or water high pressure
Ultrasound tank 30 to 50% or more according to need 55 to 80°C 30 min to 1h and more Nil Rinse with water jet or water high pressure

To limit evaporation during immersion, add COVER CAP to cover the bath with a film of 5mm depth.
