Shipping policy

Our Shipping Policy is as follows:

 

Dispatch: Dispatch of your order is normally made within 1-2 working days of your order being received but this may change at busy times of the year, for special orders and depending on stock availability. For urgent orders, you can choose priority despatch for which there is a small additional charge. Confirmation emails will be sent once your item is ready for dispatch and is en route.

Our delivery fees are set according to the type of products ordered, their weight, delivery method and your delivery area at the cost to us as charged by the courier.

Please note that due to the size and nature of many of our products, delivery is not generally made by an economy courier and prices can increase for Highlands, Islands and the Republic of Ireland. The delivery charge includes a small handling charge to cover packaging and administration. If you have any questions regarding deliveries and charges, then please do not hesitate to contact us. PLEASE NOTE THAT VAT WILL BE LEVIED ON HANDLING AND DELIVERY CHARGES.

Please check your goods immediately upon receipt

All packages should be checked to ensure that contents are complete as soon as possible upon arrival. If anything is missing or damaged we must be notified within 48 hours.  If there are items missing or damaged then we need to inform the courier within 48 hours of the delivery being made otherwise replacement parts may be subject to our standard delivery charges and refunds may not be possible.

Returns: You are covered by statutory distance selling regulations. If you change your mind, once your order has been delivered, then you can request a return RMA authorisation number by downloading and emailing a PDF form or completing and submitting the return form. Goods should be unused. Once an authorisation number has been received, please pack securely and send in the original packaging to the address given to you using a secure tracked method of delivery as refunds can only be issued when received safely.
