CAN I USE THIS SPRAYER WITH THE TELESCOPIC LANCES?
Yes. This battery powered sprayer can be connected directly to our long telescopic lances including both the 5.4 metre and 3.2 metre models which makes this a very good option especially when using the lances to reach over or into hard to reach areas such as large patches of nettles or into lakes or rivers. However, when using the telescopic lance with its standard yellow nozzle the sprayer can only be used in the low pressure setting (1).
As this sprayer is very often bought together with the longest telescopic lance we have included the two items as a single purchase option to make the buying process easier.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE 3BAR & 6AR WORKING PRESSURE?
The amount of bar basically means the amount of pressure that is pushing the liquid along the hose and lance and out of the nozzle. Generally speaking, the higher the working pressure then the harder the liquid will leave the nozzle.
HOW LONG DOES THIS SPRAYER TAKE TO CHARGE?
If you have allowed the battery to run completely out of power then a full charge could take around 90 minutes but, generally, a standard recharge is normally around 30-60 minutes. Please remember that we do sell the batteries separately so you can have an extra one to ensure that you always have a charged battery ready.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ASSEMBLE THIS SPRAYER?
There is some assembly required with this sprayer but it isn't difficult and full instructions are given in the enclosed booklet. It really shouldn't take any more than 10 minutes to assemble as you only need to attach a few parts. You will need a screwdriver and a pair of pliers which aren't included. To help, we have put together a short video showing us assembling the sprayer.
HOW LONG WILL THE CHARGE ALLOW ME TO SPRAY?
We can't give an exact number of minutes that a charge will last whilst spraying as there are too many variables including both weather temperature and the pressure that you are spraying. However, you should be able to spray between 100-300 litres (3-10 tanks) on a fully charged battery. If you regularly spray more than this then we do sell the batteries separately so you can have more than one which would allow you to change batteries when the first runs out of charge.
IS A BATTERY & CHARGER INCLUDED WITH THE SPRAYER?
Yes, the sprayer is supplied complete with both a battery and a charger so you don't need to purchase any other items in order to start spraying. Many customers like to have a backup battery especially if they spray for longer periods of time or work away from a charging point. We do sell the batteries separately should you wish to have your own backup power supply.
HOW DO I CHARGE THE BATTERY?
You simply plug the charger into a charging point then plug the attached cable directly into the battery connection. There is a charging level indicator on the battery to show the power level and when the battery is charging.
WHICH NOZZLES CAN I USE WITH THIS SPRAYER?
This sprayer will operate with all of the nozzles with which it is supplied. It can also be used with other nozzles made by Goizper, however there may be some restrictions depending upon the size of the nozzle and the pressure at which you wish to spray. For example, the standard nozzle supplied with our long telescopic lances can only be used in the low pressure setting of this sprayer. The nozzle gives too fine a spray for the sprayer to operate in the second (high pressure) setting.
The nozzles are supplied with all relevant technical details so you will be able to easily know which nozzles can be used at which pressure.
