FAQs
Pronet TS 115 is an alkaline liquid solution strongly reinforced with pickling and degreasing agents which allows, at low working concentrations, the degreasing of steel, electro-galvanized surfaces, galvanized, stainless steel, titanium, magnesium and alloy parts. Ideal for degreasing between manufacturing stages or prior to welding.
Pronet TS 115 contains corrosion inhibitors and compounds that give a high emulsifying power and saponification for the elimination of oils and greases. Ease of rinsing leaves a chemically clean surface. The parts, after treatment, can be assembled by welding without the risk of blowing.
PRONET TS 115 can be reinforced with a wetting agent: Pronet TS 4 NF, etc.

What can I do with the water that I use to rinse the surface?
The best thing is to re-use the water. This reduces waste and, potentially, saves you money. Once the water has been used to rinse a treated surface it will contain a tiny amount of Pronet tS 115 so use
this water to top up your treatment solution instead of using purely fresh water. This will reduce the amount of Pronet TS 115 you need to add to the fresh water to bring the solution to the required working concentration thus saving you money.
What is the best application method?
It is hard to say which method of application is best for Pronet TS 115 as it can be applied in a number of ways. If you only have a small number of items to treat or have some very large pieces, then using a
high pressure sprayer to apply onto the surface and rinsing by hand is very cost effective. However, you can also use a dip tank, ultrasonic tank or washing machine so you really need to decide which is the best option for you.
