Pronet TS 210, has an innovative formulation, that facilitates the rinsing of parts pickled with our Alupret, Netphos or Pronet range of degreasing products. It will allow you to obtain a neat finish of the metal surface after pickling/degreasing.

Pronet TS 210 also eliminates the requirement for any mechanical action during rinsing. A simple rinse immersion remove all pickling/degreasing residues.

Pronet TS 210 is used as a degreasing additive on degreasing, pickling or stripping lines.

Degreasing Only:

Concentration: 1%-5%
Temperature: 20°C-50°C
Rinsing: Mains water

Additive to Pickling or Phosphating Tank:

Concentration: 10%-30% of the acid base
Temperature: 20°C-50°C
Rinsing: Mains water

Additive to Alkaline Tank:

Concentration: 5%-35% of the alkaline base
Temperature: 20°C-80°C
Rinsing: Mains water

What can I do with the water that I use to rinse the surface?

The best thing is to re-use the water. This reduces waste and, potentially, saves you money. Once the water has been used to rinse a treated surface it will contain a tiny amount of Pronet TS 210 so use
this water to top up your treatment solution instead of using purely fresh water. This will reduce the amount of Pronet TS 210 you need to add to the fresh water to bring the solution to the required working concentration thus saving you money.
