Pronet TS 7 is a detergent agent designed for de-greasing in acidic or alkaline environments. Due to its non-foaming properties, it can be successfully applied with a high pressure lance or sprayed within a surface treatment tunnel.

Pronet TS7 can be used to de-grease and clean metal surfaces before de-greasing/phosphating or as a de-greasing additive to a phosphate treatment tank. It can also be used to reinforce the cleaning power within alkaline treatment tanks.

Usage Directions -

Pre-Degrease:

  • Concentration - 0.4% - 0.8%
  • Temperature - 45oC - 60oC
  • Treatment Time - 30 - 60 seconds
  • Pressure - 1.5 - 2 bar

Degreasing:

  • Concentration - 0.2% - 0.4%
  • Temperature - 45oC - 60oC
  • Treatment Time - 1 - 3 minutes
  • Pressure - 1.5 - 2 bar
