FAQs
  • Is it easy to cut a spray booth filter?
Yes, most spray booth filter rolls can be cut with just a good pair of scissors or a sharp blade. Place the filter on a clean, flat surface and measure carefully prior to cutting.

  • If I don't need a whole roll of spray booth filter can I buy a smaller piece?
You certainly don't need to buy a whole roll of the booth filter however, it can work out more cost effective to do so. We supply this blue and white filter in a range of standard sizes but, in addition to the standard rolls, we can also provide special size pads cut to your exact measurements. Likewise, we can supply the paint stop in cut pads should this be required.

  • Which way should these filters be fitted into my spray booth?
The booth filter media should be fitted with the white facing away from the airflow. This means that the air should enter the blue side and exit the white. This way around allows you to easily monitor the condition of the filter so that when the white side is obviously dirty the filter should be changed. The paint stop is intended to be the primary filter so this is fitted on top of the Proprep meaning that the air hits the paint stop first, then continues to the Proprep.
