Bigfloc Filter Frame & Tank

Our Bigfloc is a quick and space saving solution for the removal of suspended particles from all types of industrial water. The Aspifloc filtration sack will remove, after treatment, the suspended particles from all types of industrial water.

For many types of installation the industrial water will need to be treated in order to separate the solids so that they become suspended and able to be filtered and removed. Our Proco products should be added to the water in order that the separation can take place and the range of products allows for the treatment of all types of paint, glue etc.

Our Bigfloc is a convenient, cost effective, and space saving solution for the removal of suspended particles from all types of industrial water. The Aspifloc filtration sack will remove, after treatment, all suspended particles, leaving your industrial water clear and clean.

For many types of installation the industrial water will need to be treated to allow the contaminants to be separated, from the water, and held in suspension allowing them to be filtered and the water to be either re-used or recycled.  Our PROCO range, of treatment chemicals, allows for the removal of all types of contaminant from industrial water including paint, glue, NDT additives, grease, oils, stains, degreasing water, and lacquers.

The Bigfloc can be used as a single unit or multiple units to match the volume of water to be filtered.

How can you use multiple units?

We can adjust pipework so that one or many Bigfloc units can be included in the system to increase the filtration capacity and allow you to maximise the capacity of each filtration sack. A Bigfloc can be included when the system is installed or can be brought in and added to the system at a later date.

Can the bags filter sludge?

Our range of Aspifloc filter bags offers filtration from 20 microns to 400 microns, so you are able to match the filter to the waste. However, to obtain the best results, treating the water before filtration will improve the separation of solids, resulting in improved filtration. This is far better than putting sludge into the Bigfloc and expecting clear water to appear. The type of treatment depends upon the type of waste and the process that produced it, so we can advise on treatments and filtration methods.
