Our Bigfloc is a quick and space saving solution for the removal of suspended particles from all types of industrial water. The Aspifloc filtration sack will remove, after treatment, the suspended particles from all types of industrial water.

For many types of installation the industrial water will need to be treated in order to separate the solids so that they become suspended and able to be filtered and removed. Our Proco products should be added to the water in order that the separation can take place and the range of products allows for the treatment of all types of paint, glue etc.

Our Aspifloc filtration boxes are designed to be used with our MF filter linings and be used to filter small quantities of treated water and remove the separated particles of paint, glue, lacquer etc.

The filter lining sits inside the strong, plastic filter box and will hold the separated particulates/sludge allowing the water to pass through so that it can be returned to a spray booth or the process from which it was taken. The outside measurements of the box is 600 x 400 x 400mm giving a filtration volume of around 70 litres and the filter lining will filter between 100-120 microns.

How can you use multiple units?

The boxes can be used as a single unit or they can be stacked. The stacking is very useful to keep the footprint small but increase the volume of water that can be filtered at one time.

Can the filter lining filter sludge?

Our MF linings have a filtration level between 100-120 microns so water will pass through it however if there is little or no separation between the waste solids and the water then filtration will be either very slow or there will be very little actual filtration possible. The act of filtering means that you are removing something from something else, in this instance, for the best filtration the paint/lacquer/glue particles should be separated from the water so that the bag can filter the two.

How do I separate the paint and water?

Your waste water just needs to be mixed with our water treatment products which will separate the solids and allow the filtration to take place.

What else can I filter with these boxes and filter linings?

In addition to the filtration of paint, glue, or lacquer solids these boxes can also be used to filter aggregate such as stones, sand, or gravel.
