Netphos TS4 has been designed to simultaneously perform degreasing and amorphous phosphating in a 3 or 4 stage surface treatment tunnel as well as by immersion or spraying.
Netphos TS4 has the advantage of simultaneously processing sets comprising a variant of different metals such as ferrous, light alloys, galvanized, electro-galvanised and stainless steel. It will allow the adhesion of polyurethane or acrylic paints (anti graffiti) on galvanised steel.
