These panels are normally used for filtering the air entering a spray booth or product preparation area to remove dust particles as well as particles produced by a manufacturing process. These panels are available in a wide variety of standard sizes however if you don't see the size you need then just contact us as we can manufacture bespoke sizes.
These panels are designed to filter the air ENTERING your spraying areas or cleanrooms but can also be used as secondary extraction filters.
The pleated panel filter is a standard capacity disposable product offering a better than basic level of filtration, or pre-filtration in HEVAC applications. This product is made using patented Kimberly Clark Intrepid media, which delivers a constant level of filtration performance throughout its life and is made from continuous fibres so will not shed. It has a graduated density for even and greater holding of dust and is hydrophobic so will not load with air moisture. The AquaKote water repellent card frame with superior tear resistance when wet and dry is manufactured from a renewable source.
