Clean a transport vehicle in its entirety including areas that are directly involved with the transportation of food

TVR 270 contains a very effective surfactant, which at room temperature, endows the detergent with very high wetting and penetrating power which helps to emulsify animal and vegetable fats as well as oil and general traffic film.

This means that it can be used to clean a transport vehicle in its entirety including areas that are directly involved with the transportation of food such as standard trailers and refrigerated trailers and containers.

After the cleaning of any container or surface that may come into contact with food, the area should be rinsed with clean water.

In hot water high pressure device - from 2 to 5% at the lance outlet.

Manual spraying - from 5 to 50% and more if necessary. Leave to act for 2 to 10 minutes, rinse with high pressure or hot or cold water jet.

Foaming Sprayer - from 5 to 30%. Leave to act for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse with water under pressure.

Can this be used with a pressure washer?

Yes. TVR 270 can be used with pressure washers and steam cleaners and can be used with their internal dilution tanks. If a vehicle is very dirty then we recommend applying TVR 270 via a compression sprayer to soften the dirt and start the cleaning process before using pressurised water.
