Description

Glass fibre panel filters can be used for filtering air both entering and leaving your spray area. These spray booth filters are supplied within a cardboard frame which makes fitting quick and easy.

Our range of glass panel filters are lightweight and easy to handle whilst offering quality filtration and are suitable for the filtration of input and extraction air, e.g. dust, paint and glue. They are also ideal for small areas or chimneys and are popular for use with 'homemade' spray booths that exist without a grill. The glass fibre panels can also be used for clean air entering the spray areas although our Pleated Panel Filters are more suited for this use.

FAQs

How are these panel filters fitted?

Our glass fibre panel filters need to be placed into a frame to hold the panel in place and the lip of the frame should be longer on the air out side so that the panel does not get pulled towards the extraction fan whilst it is running. There is a front & back to these panel filters and so they must be fitted the correct way around. The panels should be fitted so that the air enters the green filter and exits the white.

Can these be used as an air-input filter?

Glass panel filter are often used to filter air entering a spray booth or product preparation area. Pleated Panels are more suited to this use but if these aren't suitable for your area then glass panels can be used to filter air entering a spray booth.
