Our range of industrial water treatment chemicals put you in control of how you run your spray booths. They allow you to treat the water within a spray booth and remove solids such as paint, varnish, wood stains, lacquer or glue. The result is a spray booth running with clean water, greatly reduced disposal costs, less booth maintenance and a far cleaner and safer working environment.
But there is no need to stop with just running your spray booth on clean water. Using our products can enable you to either reduce or completely eliminate the need to dispose of the water. Many companies are used to having to clean their booths a number of times each year and the result of this cleaning is a tank empty of sludge, a booth smelling slightly better and a tank full of fresh water. When using our products you have the choice of how you want to treat your booth; you can start with just adding a biocide, or just keeping paint soft (which reduces blockages), through to manually keeping the booth completely clear of build-up and finally removing booth waste and keeping the booth clear with our treatment & filtration systems all of which are matched to your requirements & budget.
Our treatments are not restricted to just spray booth water. Many companies collect the water that they clean their spray gun, paint lines and machines then struggle to dispose of it in a cost effect way. This water is easily treated with our products solving what can become a major headache over a period of time.
